What data we process

Through the contact form on this website, we process your email address, subject line, and message text. In the case of the career form, we also process your CV and position preference.

Purpose of processing

We process your data solely to respond to your inquiry or to handle your job application. We do not use your data for marketing purposes and we do not send newsletters.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the contact form, and on the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in communicating with potential clients and applicants.

Data retention

We retain contact form data for the time necessary to handle your inquiry, up to a maximum of 12 months. Career form data is retained for the duration of the recruitment process, up to a maximum of 6 months.

Data sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except for the hosting provider (bootit.cz) and the email service necessary to deliver your message. No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your data. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Office (uoou.cz).

Cookies

This website uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect forms from spam. reCAPTCHA may store cookies necessary for its function. We do not use any other analytics or marketing cookies.
