E-commerce stores
that actually sell
We build online stores that simplify shopping for your customers and boost your revenue. From product catalogs to payment gateways — everything in one place.
I want an online storeWe do not settle for generic solutions. Your online store will be designed around how your customers actually buy. We integrate payment gateways, connect inventory and shipping, set up SEO and ensure the entire checkout flow is seamless. The result? A store customers come back to.
The difference between a store that runs and one that keeps a whole team busy shows up after the order is placed. So the design starts from stock, accounting and shipping: where availability figures come from, who issues the invoice and what somebody currently retypes by hand. Catalog and appearance are built on top of what the surrounding systems can do.
When an off-the-shelf platform stops being enough
An off-the-shelf platform handles selling from one warehouse with ordinary delivery. It hits a wall the moment you need prices by customer type, variants that do not fit its model, or a two-way link to a system the company already runs on. The second reason is that the store cannot bend to a process the business has run for years. For a small range and simple selling, we will tell you to stay on the off-the-shelf platform.
What we deliver
Custom online store with product catalog
The catalog is built around how customers search: parameters, variants, availability and price in one place.
Payment gateway integration (Stripe, GoPay, Comgate)
Customers pay by card, bank transfer or cash on delivery. Payment status writes itself back to the order, and nobody has to check it manually.
Inventory, shipping and accounting connectors
The order goes to the warehouse, a label to the carrier and a document to accounting, with no retyping in between.
Conversion funnel optimization
We watch where people drop out: shipping, registration or payment. The cart gets reworked around what that shows.
Automated order processing and notifications
Confirmations, payment reminders and dispatch notices go out on their own. Your staff handle only the exceptions.
Product page SEO optimization
Categories and products get their own descriptions and addresses. We also handle duplicate variants and items that have sold out.
How we work together
- Range and systems We map how many products you have, how variants come about and which systems will need to talk to the store.
- Checkout design We draw the path from finding a product to paying for it. The number of steps in the cart is decided here, not later in code.
- Integrations We connect the store to your warehouse, carriers, payment gateway and accounting. Every connection is verified on test data first.
- Data migration and trial run We move products, customers and orders, then let the store run as a trial. The real product range is what exposes the mistakes.
- Launch and operation After launch we watch orders, payments and server load. The first campaign or season reveals the most.
Tech Stack
The size of the range decides between two routes. WooCommerce is enough where you want to run the store yourselves and the scope is ordinary. We build on Next.js with our own data model when unusual requirements pile up, or when a large catalog has to load fast.

PortfolioFrequently asked questions
Will you build on WooCommerce, or on a custom solution?
Both. WooCommerce fits a smaller range where your own team is meant to manage products and content, and the WordPress service page covers that route in detail. We build custom when the store has to sit on an unusual process, or carry a large catalog.
How does the connection to an inventory or accounting system work?
First we find out what your system can send and receive. If it has an interface, we connect to it directly; if not, data moves as files at agreed intervals. The decisive question is which system owns stock levels. Without that answer, store and warehouse begin to contradict each other.
Our ERP sits on our side, in another country. Can you still integrate it?
Usually yes, and it is the first thing we ask about. We need documentation, a test instance and access, whether through an API, a VPN or a file exchange. We build the integration against your test system and switch to live data once both sides agree the numbers match.
What does migrating from an existing store involve?
Products, categories, customers, orders and above all the page addresses: without redirects from the old ones you lose your search positions. The slowest part is usually products whose parameters were recorded incompletely, or recorded differently, in the original system.
How does the store handle returns and complaints?
A returned item has to show up in stock and in accounting, or the two drift apart. We set the order workflow so a return puts the piece back into stock and sends the paperwork to accounting; your staff then only confirm what physically arrived.
Which payment methods will the store offer?
Card, bank transfer and cash on delivery are the baseline; anything beyond that depends on who you sell to and how. What matters is that payment status comes back to the store automatically. Nobody should be reconciling unpaid orders by hand.
Can the store sell into several countries?
Yes, and it is better decided early than bolted on later. Languages, currencies, carriers and the payment methods people actually reach for differ by market, and each of those touches the catalog and the checkout. Tell us the target markets during the mapping step.
