Web applications
that streamline your business
Internal systems, client portals, data management — we develop applications that match your exact processes. No compromises, no unnecessary features.
I want a consultationWhen off-the-shelf solutions fall short, custom development steps in. We analyze your workflows, design the architecture and build an application that fits exactly how you work. Whether you need a CRM, an internal portal, or a data dashboard, we deliver a solution that saves time and reduces errors.
Most inquiries reach us when a company already knows what is not working but not what the fix should look like. So we start with the process, not the technology. We walk through who touches the data, where it still gets retyped by hand and what breaks when that does not happen on time. The brief comes out of that.
When a custom web application makes sense
Your processes have outgrown spreadsheets, and the off-the-shelf option either does not exist or would force you to change more than the tool is worth. Three cases come up most often: an internal system that has to fit an existing workflow of approvals, records and reporting; a client portal built on data already sitting in your ERP or CRM; or replacing a set of tools that people move data between by hand.
What we deliver
Internal systems and client portals
One application for your team and your clients: submitting requests, approving them and seeing where each one stands.
Custom CRM and ERP solutions
When a standard CRM does not fit how you actually sell, we build only the part you use.
Data dashboards and reporting
Numbers from several systems in one place, without anyone downloading exports and stitching them together in spreadsheets.
Third-party API integrations
Connections to accounting, warehouse, online store or payment gateway, so the same data never gets entered twice.
User permissions and role management
You decide who sees what and who may change it; sensitive steps keep a full change history.
How we work together
- Analysis We walk your current process step by step and find the points where data is carried by hand.
- Design We map out the data model and the screens. You sign off on scope before the first line of code exists.
- Iterative development We build in parts. After each iteration you try a working version and tell us what to change.
- Deployment and data migration We migrate data from your existing spreadsheets and systems, deploy the application and train the people who will use it.
- Operation and further development We watch the application in production, fix what breaks and add features as the process itself changes.
Tech Stack
We pick common, well documented tools rather than the newest ones. TypeScript and Prisma make sure a change to the data model surfaces everywhere it matters. Docker means the application runs the same on our machines and yours, and another team can take it over.

PortfolioFrequently asked questions
Why work with a web development company in the Czech Republic?
Prague is on Central European Time, so a working day overlaps fully with the rest of Europe and reaches the US East Coast in our afternoon. Development and documentation run in English, and the whole engagement sits within the EU legal framework, including GDPR.
We are not in the Czech Republic. How does the day-to-day work actually run?
The same way it would with a team one floor up: your tools, your board, a working version you can open yourself. All of it in English. What we need from you is one person who can decide on scope, plus access to the systems the application will talk to.
Who owns the source code, and how is that handled with a supplier abroad?
You do. Code and data are handed over with the repository and deployment documentation, so you can run the application yourself or pass it to someone else. Ownership and confidentiality are settled in the contract, not in a license you discover later.
Can you connect the application to the CRM or ERP we already use?
Usually yes. It depends on whether the system exposes an API or at least database access. Before we propose a scope we verify what can actually be read from it and written back, so nobody discovers the limits halfway through development.
When is buying off-the-shelf software better than building your own?
When your process is not unusual and a tool already covers it. Accounting, payroll or a standard online store are not worth writing again. Custom development pays off where the process itself is what makes you different from your competitors.
How long before we can start using it?
It depends mostly on how many processes the application has to cover and how quickly you agree on the brief internally. We deploy in stages, so you are usually working in the first usable version well before the full scope is finished.
What happens once the application is live?
We stay with it. We watch the running system and its updates, fix what breaks and agree on further changes based on what real use reveals. How much support you want depends on how critical the application is for you.
